1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using The Golden Gai Insider website and purchasing any products or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

2.1 The Insider Pass ($15)

A digital PDF guide delivered via email through Gumroad. No refunds after download. The guide contains subjective opinions and experiences. Results may vary.

2.2 The AI Clone ($45)

Access to an AI chatbot trained on the Insider's knowledge. The AI provides information but is not a substitute for human judgment. No guarantees of accuracy or completeness.

2.3 The Godfather Seat ($300+)

Application-based VIP introduction service. Acceptance is at sole discretion of the Insider. Payment required upon approval. No refunds if you are rejected by the bar after introduction.

3. REFUND POLICY

Digital Products (Tier 1 & 2): No refunds after delivery. If you did not receive your product, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

VIP Services (Tier 3): Refunds available only if service is not delivered as described. No refunds for user dissatisfaction or bar rejection.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Use the Services for lawful purposes only
• Not share, resell, or redistribute purchased digital products
• Respect the bars and establishments mentioned in the guide
• Follow Japanese laws and customs when visiting Golden Gai
• Not hold the Insider liable for your behavior or experiences

5. DISCLAIMERS

No Guarantees: The Services provide information and guidance but do not guarantee entry to any bar, positive experiences, or specific outcomes.

Subjective Content: All content is based on personal experience and opinion. Your experience may differ.

Third-Party Bars: We are not affiliated with any bars in Golden Gai. Bar policies and acceptance are at their sole discretion.

AI Limitations: The AI Clone is a tool, not a human. It may provide inaccurate or outdated information.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Insider and The Golden Gai Insider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to: bar rejection, financial loss, personal injury, or damaged reputation.

Translation: If you get kicked out of a bar or lose money, that's on you.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by The Golden Gai Insider and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
